Steps for Braised tofu bamboo

Soak the tofu bamboo and fungus.

Tear the fungus into small flowers and cut the tofu bamboo into small pieces. Slice carrot thinly.

Cut green onions and ginger into small pieces.

Put appropriate amount of oil in the pan, heat the pan, add green onions and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Add the carrots and stir fry until color changes.

Add the tofu bamboo and stir fry, add the fungus, and stir fry for a while.
