Pumpkin millet porridge
It was cold and I wanted to drink some hot food. I saw half a pumpkin on the windowsill ready to make Qi Feng. I thought to myself that there were many pumpkins anyway, so I cut a piece, add some millet and glutinous rice, and make a pot of hot Pumpkin millet porridge. After drinking it, it makes my whole body warm. It's so comfortable!
These pumpkins and millet are both coarse grains. It is a good choice to eat more coarse grains and balance the diet structure!
If there are children at home, give them more coarse grains, which can also supplement nutrition, improve intestinal function, and avoid colon!

Pumpkins are easy to ripen, so if you are not in a hurry, I don't recommend that you use a pressure cooker to cook porridge like I am eager for quick success. It's better to cook it in sand pot. However, millet is relatively difficult to ripen, so when soaking rice, soak the rice separately and the millet can be soaked for a slightly longer time.
