Steps for Nepal milk rice

Heat the milk in the pan until it is boiled, add the fragrant rice, salt, mashed coconut, cinnamon and ground pepper.2
Heat the rice at high temperature and become sticky (about 1.5 to 2 hours), constantly stirring in the middle to prevent the milk from getting burnt.3
Turn to low temperature and add cashew nuts, raisins and sugar to your preference. Heat at low temperature for about 40 minutes.
