Steps for stir-fried vermicelli

Put the vermicelli into a pan and cook it, remove it and cool it and set aside.

Wash the spinach and cut it into sections.

Beat the eggs and stir-fry them until done, and cut the flour into wide strips.

Heat the oil in the pan, add in the pork slices and stir-fry.

Add the chopped garlic and stir-fry.
