Dried tomato with minced meat
By DaisyTromp
Grandma came from her hometown and brought her own dried noodles. This is my favorite food, and I can't even buy it ~~ This kind of dried noodles is different from ordinary dried tomatoes. It has a layer on the surface. It has a super taste after cooking. This is not eaten raw ~~ Today I will use it to make a dish-meat "foam" dried eggplant. Why is the word "mo" put in quotation marks? Everyone will know later.
