Black pepper pork rice
By KaleyLynch
I have always loved eating things made with black pepper. I originally wanted to make black pepper beef rice. Since beef cannot be bought here, we can only replace it with pork. But the taste is still the same. It's delicious. But be careful. Black pepper itself is a bit spicy, so if you don't know how to eat spicy food, it's better to put less of it. Generally, half a spoon of an ordinary small spoon is enough.

Steps for Black pepper pork rice

1
Shred pork, add salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, egg white and cornflour, and grasp well for later use.
2
Wash the green peppers and onions and shred them. Set aside.
3
Pour black pepper powder, salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, and a small amount of white wine into a bowl and mix until juice.
4
Put a small amount of peanut oil and a little sugar in the pan. Use medium heat to burn sugar red. Pour in the mixed black pepper juice, and half a bowl of clear water, and turn to low heat. Otherwise, the black pepper juice will easily be spoiled.
5
Add chopped green peppers and onions. If you like to eat shredded green peppers that are relatively raw, you can add shredded pork first.
6
Add the shredded pork and stir-fry over low heat.
7
Take out a plate, put a small bowl of rice in a bowl, and upside down on the plate. Pour the fried shredded pork on top. A delicious black pepper pork rice is completed. I'm not very good at taking photos and it doesn't look that delicious, but it tastes really good. Those who like black pepper may wish to cook it themselves.
