Steps for Colorful tofu

Cut ham, carrots, fresh mushrooms, asparagus, and water chestnut into small pieces of the same size, and cut tofu into small pieces. (Asparagus needs to be shaved off the white coarse fiber skin at the outer root and then diced)

Heat oil in oil, put the tofu pieces into a pan, fry them over medium heat until golden on all sides, and serve for later use.

Blanch diced carrots, diced fresh mushrooms, diced asparagus, and diced water chestnut with boiling water for about 2 minutes. (medium rare)

Add appropriate amount of olive oil into the pan, saute the garlic until fragrant, add the ham and stir-fry.

Then pour in the blanched diced carrot, diced fresh mushrooms, diced asparagus, diced water chestnut and fried tofu pieces, add seasonings and appropriate amount of boiling water, and stir well again.
