stir-fried mushrooms with zucchini

Mushrooms often come to my table, but just because the children at home like to eat them, I often fry them indiscriminately. Recently, people have been lazy, and the cameras used for cooking have also been on strike. Fortunately, we have taken a few pictures of the finished product. The camera I bought last Thanksgiving was too heavy, making it inconvenient to take process drawings. Moreover, I had to be careful. I had to buy a small one that was easy to use. Now that I am old, I can't learn complex things!

- shrimp skin 2 tablespoons
- garlic 3 petals
- salt a little
- sugar 1/2 tsp of

Steps for stir-fried mushrooms with zucchini

Wash the zucchini and cut into large tints.

Wash the mushrooms and cut the large ones in half.

Pat the garlic flat and peel it.

Wash the shrimp skins with water and drain the water.

Heat the oil pan and add aroma to the garlic.

Stir fry the shrimp skins to give them fragrance.

Add the mushrooms and zucchini and stir-fry until tender.

Season with salt and sugar. (The shrimp skin is salty, and salt should be added in moderation.)
