Steps for Pork Adou Bo

Bring vinegar, water, garlic, salt, bay leaf and pepper to a boil in a large casserole.2
Add the diced chicken and pork, cover and bring to a boil, and simmer for about 30 minutes. (Because I was lazy, I used chicken legs directly).3
Sprinkle with appropriate soy sauce and cook for another 10 minutes.4
Remove the meat and sauce separately.5
Add oil to the casserole and heat, add the cooked meat, and saute until brown.6
Serve the stir-fried meat in the sauce.
