I used to watch others make pizza, and I always craved it. I rarely eat outside because it's too expensive. I didn't dare to try making the pizza because I was afraid that the pizza would not be cooked well and waste all the ingredients., One day, my sister and her family came to my house. I don't know how they had the courage to challenge me to make pizza. At that time, we didn't specially prepare any materials and just put whatever we had, and there was no pizza plate. It became my first pizza. The first time was completed after chaos in the kitchen.
This was the first time I tried making pizza and it felt good, but there were still many areas that needed to be improved. Put more mozzarella next time and it will be even better. Although the edges are a little burnt, they are crispy instead of affecting anything. The nephews have been waiting in the oven since the morning. After roasting it, LG and his family tried a piece. They all said it was very delicious, and they also praised it for being delicious! So happy! This cake base is very good, so I will use this recipe to make pizza in the future. Once I have experience and good comments, I will continue to make pizza...

Steps for cheese and ham pizza

1
Pizza crust: 5g instant yeast, 100ml warm water, 175g high-gluten flour, 1g salt, 10g sugar, 10g butter.
2
Stir the instant yeast and warm water in a cup. Put the high-gluten flour into the cooking bowl, add the yeast water and salt.
3
Add sugar and knead into dough.
4
Finally stir in butter.
5
Knead until smooth, place the dough in a bowl after 15 minutes.
6
Cover with a wet cloth. Wake up to twice the size.
7
After 45 minutes, rub the dough for a while, cover it with a damp cloth and wake for 15 minutes.
8
Prepare a pizza plate. (I don't have a pizza plate, so I use a regular steel plate instead of smearing it with butter)
9
Place dough on baking sheet.
10
Roll out the dough into a round dough and place it on a baking sheet. Press the edges slightly thicker with your fingers and use a fork to make a small hole in the middle. What I did was really ugly and unusual. I can't make it well no matter how to roll the cake crust. Masters, don't laugh and bend over or scold me!)
11
Put in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove.
12
Prepare the invagination ingredients: sausage ham, tomato, crab fillet, onion, masuri cheese, green and red peppers, mixed beans, ketchup, chili sauce, black pepper sauce, cheese, etc.
13
Cut all materials well. Standby.
14
Brush the baked dough with a layer of ketchup, chili sauce and black pepper sauce.
15
Add the right amount of material. Sprinkle with some Masuri cheese and shredded cheese.
16
Repeat the above steps once.
17
Preheat the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
18
Bake and remove.
19
Sprinkle with some Masuri cheese and shredded cheese.
20
Bake for another 5 minutes or melt the cheese slightly.
