Steps for beef jerky

1
Cut the beef into small slices.
2
Chop with a knife for about 5 minutes to make the beef filling delicate and sticky.
3
Put soy sauce, cooking wine, fish sauce, umami juice, and honey into the meat filling in turn, and use chopsticks to stir vigorously clockwise until the beef filling is strong; then add sugar, salt, and black pepper into the beef filling and stir well.
4
Put the beef paste into a fresh-keeping bag and roll it into thin slices.
5
Place tin foil in a baking sheet and brush with a little oil. Remove the rolled beef slices from the fresh-keeping bag and invert them on the baking sheet.
6
Preheat the oven to 180° C, put the beef slices into the oven and bake for 10 minutes. The meat slices turn from large to small and the color turns white.
7
Remove and brush it with honey water (2:1), sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes; remove and turn again, brush with honey water, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for 10 minutes.
