Cut the cabbage in half and steam it in a steamer. Not too long, just a little soft.

Mix the minced meat with an egg, a spoonful of starch, a little salt and chicken essence. Shell the shrimp, mix well with a spoonful of oyster sauce, a little soy sauce, salt and a little chicken essence. Wash and slice mushrooms. Wash the leeks and cut them into sections.

One piece of cabbage, add a piece of mushroom, a small spoon of minced meat, a shrimp, two or three leeks, and a piece of mushroom, then roll up and place on a plate.
