Wash the rice and boil the electric discharge rice cooker for 2 minutes, turn off the power for later use.

Wash the small potatoes and cut them into hob pieces.

Heat the pan and add a small amount of oil.

Add potatoes and stir fry.

Stir fry until the potatoes are slightly burnt, and then add soy sauce, soy sauce and salt.

Stir well.

Pour in the rice cooker and press flat with a wooden shovel.
