Delicious fish porridge

I wonder if this is called a big-eyed fish! Specifically, I don't know what the real name of this fish is, but that's what we call it here. This fish has few thorns, strong flesh and delicious taste. Cooking porridge is very good.

Steps for Delicious fish porridge

Ingredients: bigeye fish, rice, spinach leaves, ginger slices.

Pour in proper amount of water, add the washed fish and bring to a boil.
