Steps for Jujube-flavored glutinous rice cake

1
Wash the glutinous rice and soak it for 8 hours in advance. Pour the glutinous rice into an electric rice cooker and cook it into glutinous rice as usual.
2
Crush cooked sesame seeds, add some honey water, mix well.
3
Remove the jujube core from the black dates and cut into pieces.
4
Put the glutinous rice into a large plate, add 3 tablespoons of white sugar while it is hot, stir constantly with a rice spoon, and beat the glutinous rice repeatedly to increase its viscosity.
5
Evenly brush the crisper with a thin layer of corn oil, add a small amount of glutinous rice, flatten it with a spoon, sprinkle with a layer of black dates, then press on with a layer of glutinous rice, and flatten it with a spoon.
6
Sprinkle with chopped sesame seeds, flatten them with a spoon, and press them tightly as tightly as possible. Sesame seeds have no viscosity, so they are much easier to press than glutinous rice.
7
Pour the remaining glutinous rice into a crisper, press flat, sprinkle with the black dates, and continue to press tightly.
8
Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours. Inverted and removed.
9
Just cut into slices and serve on a plate. It is sweet and glutinous, mixed with the aroma of sesame seeds and black dates. It is not bad to dig it directly with a spoon.
