Guotai tofu
Yesterday was Mother's Day, and I cooked two of my mother's favorite dishes for her nearly 80-year-old mother,[Soft Fried Fresh Mushrooms] and [Pan-collapsed Tofu].

Steps for Guotai tofu

    1 piece of tofu, about 500g.

    Cut the tofu in the middle and cut it into 1cm thick slices.

    Put the oil in the pan and heat it up, dip the tofu in the egg mixture, and put it into the pan and fry.

    Pan-fry the tofu until both sides are browned, and serve for later use.

    Add the fried tofu. Add soy sauce, salt, and appropriate amount of water and bake for about 5 minutes. Add MSG to improve flavor.
