Steps for Guotai tofu

1 piece of tofu, about 500g.

One egg, spare.

Cut the tofu in the middle and cut it into 1cm thick slices.

Place the chopped tofu on a plate; beat the eggs.

Put the oil in the pan and heat it up, dip the tofu in the egg mixture, and put it into the pan and fry.

Pan-fry the tofu until both sides are browned, and serve for later use.

Leave the oil in the pan and saute the chives and ginger.

Add the fried tofu. Add soy sauce, salt, and appropriate amount of water and bake for about 5 minutes. Add MSG to improve flavor.
