Steps for Red Army dish in oyster sauce

1
The dried Red Army vegetables were soaked in warm water. I soaked them for 4 hours. After soaking, I washed them several times to remove impurities
2
Tear cabbage by hand, tear it by hand as much as possible, don't cut it.
3
Cut the rest of the material into shreds
4
Pour the washed Red Army vegetables into boiling water, blanch and serve for later use.
5
Stir fry the pepper grains until fragrant, then add shredded garlic and shredded ginger. (If you like spicy food, you can stir-fry fragrant dried red peppers)
6
Stir fry cabbage, add some vinegar before serving, and place on the bottom of the plate
7
