Steps for Lemon Beer Duck

1
Clean the duck meat, degrease it, and place it in a deep bowl.
2
Combine lemon juice, cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a dash of black pepper.
3
Pour into a bowl and massage duck meat for a few minutes.
4
Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator and marinate for more than 6 hours (turning several times during this period).
5
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, add the duck meat, duck skin side down, and fry for 5 - 8 minutes, frying the duck oil as much as possible.
6
Transfer the fried duck meat to a deep pan, pour in the marinated juice, and add beer, half a teaspoon of salt and a little black pepper.
7
Cover and simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes, turning several times.
8
Remove the duck meat and let it cool slightly.
9
Cut into slices and load on plates.
10
Filter 150ML of the duck stew soup into a small pot and bring to a boil, add soy sauce to color, season with salt and black pepper powder, and finally add cornflour water to thicken. Pour the prepared sauce on the duck meat.
