Sautéed tender pumpkin
By LeeDouglas
The tender pumpkin omelet I made earlier only used a quarter of the pumpkin, and I decided to fry and eat the rest! Pumpkins, whether they are old or tender, are my favorite! This is also a very, very simple small stir-fry, which is nutritious and saves time!
