braised pork
This braised pork is our family's favorite, and both my husband and daughter like it very much. I am no exception. After a while, I will miss the taste of this braised pork if I don't cook it. The color is beautiful, melts immediately in the mouth, and is fat but not greasy. Thin but not firewood, it's really delicious when you eat it in your mouth.
