Steps for Yellow bone fish and tofu soup

Kill and clean the yellow-bone fish, drain it for later use; flush the tofu and cut it into pieces for later use; wash the chives and cut it into sections, and pat the ginger to disperse for later use.

Add oil and heat, add yellow-bone fish, fry one side yellow, turn over and fry the other side.

Add the ginger slices and pour in enough boiling water.

Bring to a boil over high heat and continue to simmer for a while until the soup becomes white. Add tofu and simmer for about ten minutes.

Add pepper.

Season with salt and sprinkle with green onion.
