Steps for Braised soy gluten

Cut mushrooms into small pieces; slice lettuce roots; slice carrots.

Add oil to the frying pan and heat it up first add carrot slices.

Then add mushrooms and stir fry.

Add oil gluten.

Finally, add lettuce roots, add salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar.

Stir well, add water and simmer until done.
