Steps for Double Dried Toothpick Pork

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash all ingredients and dice onions and green peppers.

Cut a little green pepper into 4-5CM shredded silk and set on a plate as shown.

Shred beef, marinate with salt, oil, and a little starch for 5 minutes, and string it with a toothpick. (Marinate the beef in this way, and the meat is tender, smooth and delicious when cooked).

Put the oil in the pan and heat it up, add the beef over medium heat and stir fry.

Gently stir fry the beef until medium ripe, add chili paste and continue to stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate. (It is recommended to use Chili brand hot sauce, which will have a pure taste so that it will not overshadow the aroma of the beef itself. I don't have it at home. I used Korean hot sauce, which tastes too strong).
