Steps for Pig lung and tremella soup

The cleaning method of pig lungs is to put the pig lung tube on the water pipe, fill it with water, and then pour it out. Repeat it multiple times to wash the inside, then put it into a pot and soak it in water. After boiling, soak it for another 15 minutes, and pour out the residue and rinse it with water 1-2 times.2
Cut the washed pig lungs into pieces and put them in water to boil. Put the cut pig lungs into the pot to boil, take them out and place them in a container for later use.3
Soak the tremella in warm water for 2 hours in advance before opening. Put it on a chopping board and cut it into pieces. Then put it into a soup pot, then add the pork lungs, add the ginger and onion sections into water, and simmer slowly over medium heat.4
