Steps for Braised tendon with green onion

Boiled beef tendon 500g; green onions 100g, carrots 50g [don't need to put it], and ginger.

Change the beef tendon into slices with a knife.

Boil boiling water in the pan, add beef tendons, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, blanch thoroughly to remove the odor, and remove for later use.

Cut green onions into hob blocks.
