Steps for Zucchini and wolfberry soup

Dice zucchini and prepare garlic, shrimp skin, wolfberry, and sea fungus.

Pour the ingredients into the pan together (leave the sea fungus alone) and stir-fry for a while.

Add water, bring to a boil, and turn to medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add the sea fungus and cook for another 3 minutes, and pour sesame oil into a bowl.

Out of the pan, because I prefer to eat the flavor, I stir-fry the zucchini with oil at the beginning. If someone likes it light, I don't need that step. Just boil all the ingredients with water.
