chicken floss
By HarleyFeeney
This chicken floss was made for my little niece some time ago. The little guy is 9 months old and can eat some rotten noodles, rotten rice porridge and other foods. When paired with this meat floss, it not only increases nutrition but also satisfies the taste. Because it is a complementary food for the baby, there is not much spice added. If it is eaten by adults, you can add some spices such as curry powder and cumin powder to make the taste better.
Recipe Recommendations
- chicken breast 400 grams
- onion appropriate amount
- ginger slices appropriate amount
- aniseed the 2
- cinnamon 1 small piece
- cooking wine 2 tablespoons
- soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- salt 1 teaspoon
- sugar 1 teaspoon
- sesame oil a little
- vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
Steps for chicken floss

1
Wash the chicken breast and place it in the pan. Pour in appropriate amount of water, add cooking wine, spring onion, ginger slices, aniseed, and cinnamon, and cook the chicken until soft and tender. Remove and cool.
2
Tear the cooked chicken into thin threads by hand. This process is time-consuming, so you need to be patient.
3
Then chop the shredded chicken meat with a knife (adults can omit this step and fry it directly).
4
Pour vegetable oil into the pan and add minced chicken.
5
Add soy sauce, salt, and sugar and stir-fry slowly over low heat.
6
Stir fry until the minced meat is fluffy, and finally add a little sesame oil to enhance the aroma.
7
Put the stir-fried meat floss into the cooking machine and beat it to make the meat floss softer and suitable for your baby. You can omit this step when eating it for adults.
8
Spread it on moisture-absorbing paper to cool, and place it in a sealing cover for storage.
