Prepare the ingredients.

Soak the vermicelli in cold water to soften and remove.

Put it into boiling water and blanch for a while and then fish it into cold water.

Put water in the pan and add appropriate amount of salt to heat it. After the water boils, add the chicken breast and cook for a while until cooked. Remove and tear it into thin threads according to the chicken texture.

Remove the vermicelli and control the water, add salt, mustard oil, cold sauce, chicken essence, and sesame oil and mix well.

Cut carrots into round slices, cut open from the middle, add water and blanch until broken, and decorate on a plate.
