Steps for taro ribs

    Chop the ribs into small pieces, wash them with water, and drain them.

    Add salt, soy sauce, sugar, and rice wine, mix well and marinate for 30 minutes to taste.

    Heat a small amount of hot oil and drizzle with minced garlic. Set to cool and pour into a bowl of marinated pork ribs. Add corn flour and chili paste and mix well.

    Peel the taro and cut it into irregular pieces, fry it in an oil pan, pick it up and place it on a plate, sprinkle with a little salt.
