Bean sprouts and vermicelli

This dish is currently popular in my family and it tastes very good. It is the first dish eaten every time.

Steps for Bean sprouts and vermicelli

Wash bean sprouts thoroughly and drain for later use.

Soak the vermicelli until soft and set aside.

Pour the oil in a hot pan, saute the shredded ginger until fragrant, add the bean sprouts and stir fry.

Stir well and add 1 teaspoon of hot sauce.

Add the soft vermicelli, and add a small bowl of water. Simmer until the vermicelli is soft and the water dries.

Add salt, five-spice powder, chicken essence, and shallot out of the pan.
