Scrambled eggs with chopped pepper and broad beans
By WaltonLesch
When I went shopping this morning, I found that many old ladies were buying broad beans. I also bought some. When I came back, my mother-in-law said that the broad beans were actually a little old now. I peeled them and found that they were indeed a little too old. But my teeth don't matter.

Steps for Scrambled eggs with chopped pepper and broad beans

1
Peel the broad beans, wash and drain them for later use.

Pour the oil into the hot pan, add in 2 eggs, stir fry, and set aside.
3
Add a spoonful of oil to the pan, add a small spoonful of chopped pepper after heating, and burst out the fragrance.
4
Pour in the broad beans and stir fry.

Since the broad beans are a bit old, you need to add some water. When the water is dried, add salt and pour in the scrambled eggs.
