There were some leeks and celery leaves left at home, so I might as well make a leek egg cake, but this time it was not particularly successful. Maybe I was in a hurry to eat and cut the leeks and celery leaves a little big and made it a little rough. ha.

Steps for Leek egg cake

Cut leeks and celery leaves into fine pieces, add 2 eggs, add appropriate amount of shrimp skins and shallot, salt, and five-spice powder.
