Roasted beans with small potato paste

Steps for Roasted beans with small potato paste

Pick and wash the beans.

Peel and wash small potatoes, or don't need to peel them. I don't like to eat eggs with their skins. It's not a waste to scrape them with a small stainless steel spoon.

The small potato is divided into two.

chopped green onion, garlic cloves.

Add oil to the pan and heat it up, add in the onions and garlic and saute until fragrant, then add in the beans and stir-fry to remove the water.

Add in the small potatoes and stir fry together.

Add two spoonfuls of soy sauce and stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of water, sprinkle with a little salt and cook for 20 minutes.
