Steps for marinated beef

Wash the beef, soak in clear water for 1 hour, changing the water once in between.

Add enough water to the pan, add the beef to a boil, and continue to cook for about 5 minutes until all the blood has separated out.

Remove the beef and rinse off the foam with clean water.

Put it into boiling water again and cook for 3-5 minutes, remove it, rinse with water, and repeat 3-4 times.

Soak the seasoning in warm water to remove the bitterness in the spices.

Pour clear water into the pan, add green onion, ginger slices, and seasoning box to boil.

After boiling over high heat, add the beef and add salt.

Add white sugar and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and continue to cook for 15-20 minutes.
