lamb with fried green onions

lamb with fried green onions
I originally wanted to buy ready-made mutton slices to make this dish. Maybe it was because I didn't make it clear that my father actually bought a whole piece of mutton. Unexpectedly, the finished product tasted surprisingly good.
Is it an "unexpected surprise"!
Who cares, delicious is the last word.
