Winter melon, seaweed and duck rack soup
I bought half of the duck the day before yesterday and ate it several times. I asked me to slice the duck meat and steam it first. I ate the duck with mixed stewed ingredients. The remaining duck rack was served with wax gourd and seaweed soup. It was very suitable to drink it in summer.

Ingredients: Winter melon, seaweed, ginger, green onion.

Material: Duck rack.

Soak the seaweed until soft and cut into slices.

Cut wax gourd into slices.

Put the onion, ginger, duck rack and seaweed into the soup pot, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for 50 minutes.
