Steps for boiled beef

Cut the beef into thin slices, mix well with cooking wine, salt, and starch, and marinate for half an hour; break the cabbage and wash it; slice the ginger and garlic, cut the onion and green, and wash the pepper and star anise and dried peppers.

Add pepper and star anise in cold oil, then add a little ginger, garlic, dried pepper and stir-fry until fragrant, add cabbage and stir-fry until done.

Spread the stir-fried Chinese cabbage at the bottom of the bowl.

Pour a large teaspoon of red oil bean paste and a small teaspoon of chopped pepper into the oil pan, and stir-fry the red oil.

After boiling, add the marinated beef slices and cook for about two minutes.
