Steps for Egg soup rice noodle

Raw material drawing, I forgot to take out the beef sausage and take pictures.

Put oil in the pan and heat it up, directly add in the eggs, add a little salt and fry them well.

Add appropriate amount of water.

Wait for the water to boil, wash and drain the lettuce, and slice the beef sausage.
