Steps for Kale and mushroom soup

Remove the stems and leave the leaves; tear the mushrooms into small pieces.

Shred lean meat and marinate with salt and cooking wine for 20 minutes.

Put water in the pan, bring to a boil, put mushrooms in the pan and cook.

Then add the kale and cook.
