Steps for Special sauce beef

Prepare beef tendon meat, onions, ginger and garlic, aniseed, pepper, cinnamon, cooking wine, sugar, soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt

Boil pepper water and let cool.

Soak the beef tendons in clear water for two hours to remove blood.

Cut the meat into large pieces and add all the ingredients and pepper water (remove pepper) into the refrigerator marinated for more than 12 hours (I have marinated for 24 hours), fully seasoned. (I marinated it the night before and made it the next night. Just look at the photos. The light is not good.)

Bring the marinated meat and soup to a boil in a pan to remove the foam. Simmer in pressure cooker over low heat for 30- 40 minutes, turn off heat.

Do not open the lid and let cool. After at least half a day, place it in the refrigerator and slice it as you eat.
