Rice dumplings with bean paste
Bean paste rice dumplings are my mother's favorite, so the first rice dumplings made every year must be bean paste rice dumplings. In the past, my mother made all the rice dumplings at home. In recent years, due to my mother's poor health and advanced age, I am now the chef at home. My mother has worked hard for this family all her life, and now it's time for her to enjoy it.
