Steps for Kung Pao Chicken

Prepare ingredients, cucumber, onion and ginger.

Cooked peanuts, bean paste, peas and corn kernels, I don't add them if you don't have them. I love them.

Dice the chicken breast and cover it with starch, soy sauce, oil, pepper, cooking wine, and chicken essence.

Pour the oil into the hot pan, add pepper, onion and ginger, and stir-fry the chicken breast until 8-cooked.

Pour the oil in a hot pan, add the green onion, pepper, cucumber diced, peas and corn kernels.
