Purple potato dumplings

After making rice dumplings several times, I found that the original flavor is the best. The more ingredients, the less the flavor of rice dumplings will be. The whole family unanimously agreed to make the original flavor rice dumplings again. The purple potatoes at home are really delicious and nutritious, and the rice dumplings still need to dress up.

- glutinous rice 500g
- purple potato one
- eucalyptus leaves appropriate amount
- peanut oil 1 scoop
Steps for Purple potato dumplings

After cleaning the zongzi leaves and building them, the dried zongzi leaves need to be soaked for a day.

Soak glutinous rice for 3 hours.

Peel the purple potatoes and cut them into small pieces.

Pour diced purple potatoes into the drained glutinous rice, add 1 teaspoon peanut oil and stir.

Hold the zongzi leaves into a cone shape and fill the rice.

Cover the cone with the rest of the zongzi leaves and wrap them over.

The rice dumplings are wrapped together and wrapped around the rice dumplings.

The ropes are tied and the work is becoming more and more standard.

Cook in a pressure cooker over low heat for half an hour.
