Steps for Stewed longan with black fungus and black dates

Soak black fungus first (I usually soak it overnight), then remove the roots and wash them.

Soak the black dates for 10 minutes, then knead and wash.

Put the black fungus and black dates into a saucepan at the same time, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over medium heat, then turn to low heat and simmer slowly for 30 minutes.

Then add longan and continue to stew for 45 minutes. When it is a little juicy at the end, add appropriate amount of rock sugar and stew for 5 minutes.
