Steps for Synopsis chinensis

Remove hair from pig skin with eyebrow trimming clips.

Scrape off excess white grease on the skin.

Take a piece of pork belly, marinate it with cooking wine and salt, and rub it repeatedly.

After tasting, roll the meat into the skin.

Tie the ends and middle of the meat roll tightly with horse lily grass.

Put the meat skin roll into the pan with warm water and blanch for a while and remove it for later use. (It takes about 3 minutes)

Put the pan on fire, add oil and sugar to stir-fry the sugar color.

After turning into small bubbles, add hot water, add cooking wine, soy sauce, star anise, onion, ginger, and salt to taste.

Add in the meat rolls and simmer over low heat for 50 minutes.

Remove from the pan and let cool, wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Remove, slice, and pack, then use minced garlic, rice vinegar, chicken essence, sesame oil and soy sauce to mix into small ingredients and serve.
