Steps for Red dates, corn and soy milk porridge
1
Wash the rice first, and then pour it into the beaten soy milk together with the corn and seedless red dates.2
Because the soy milk I made didn't put sugar in, I added rock sugar to the soy milk when cooking porridge. If sugar was added when making soy milk before, it would not be used when cooking it.3
Boil over high heat, then switch to low heat and simmer slowly. It will be OK for more than 10 minutes. The entire process may take about half an hour. The taste is not bad, sweet and refreshing. You can drink it when you have a poor appetite.
