Steps for a scone
1
Cut the cream into small pieces, knead it with flour to form an egg yellow powder, then add powdered sugar, baking powder, and salt to mix well.2
Add eggs, milk, and animal whipped cream and knead them well into a ball (you can dig a wall of powder in the middle of the flour and put the wet materials inside to let the flour absorb the water before starting kneading. Your hands will not make it sticky easily)3
Mix black currants evenly into dough, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 30 minutes.
4
Place the relaxed dough into a thickness of 2 centimeters, use a model to print out different dough and place it evenly on a baking sheet, brush the surface with egg juice, and relax for another 15 minutes.5
Bake the middle layer at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.6
Palate: Soft, milky and fruity flavors with blackcurrant flavors. There is a faint sweetness in the mouth after eating.a scone Make Tips
Mix the dough just until it forms a smooth surface. Do not knead for too long, as this will make the dough tough and affect the texture. Blackcurrants burn easily, so they must be enclosed inside the dough; otherwise, they will taste slightly bitter.
