Steps for Crucian carp tofu soup

Clean up a crucian carp, make 3 cuts on both sides of the fish, spread evenly with a small amount of salt, sprinkle with a small amount of cooking wine, and slice garlic for later use.

Cut tofu into slices and set aside.

Cut the green onions and ginger into fine pieces and set aside.

Heat the oil in a hot pan and fry the fish slowly over low heat.
