Steps for Roast chicken with potato flour

Clean the chicken and control the moisture as much as possible; soak the potato flour in water; slice the ginger; beat the garlic; set aside.

Put the oil in a wok to boil, add the chicken nuggets and stir-fry, dry the water as much as possible, and serve for later use.

Bring the base oil to a boil, add ginger, garlic, pepper, dried pepper, star anise, and saute until fragrant.

Pour in the chicken nuggets, add appropriate amount of sugar, black pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce, and soy sauce, and stir fry well.
