Pan-fried hairtail
I went to the Dragon Boat Festival and bought two fat hairtail. I originally wanted to braise it in red, but later I wanted to dry fry it.

Steps for Pan-fried hairtail

Remove the head of the hairtail, cut the fish belly, remove the internal organs, cut into sections, and drain for later use.

Mix half a bowl of flour into batter, add salt in it, and stir well.

Roll the hairtail in the fog, heat the oil in a frying pan, add the hairtail, and fry slowly over low heat.

Pan-fry one side brown and then fry the other side until both sides are golden brown.

The outside is brown and the meat is tender inside. It is very delicious.
